What I need help with
My background as an entrepreneur
My current challenges
While we were greatly affected by COVID I continue to struggle with money coming in and out at a very fast. We did not have any StartUp capital but just reinvested into the company. I am now at a better place to grow but catching up after COVID has once again landed me in the same predicament. I need to find a way to start to see a profit and be able to pay myself. In other words the business is making money but I don’t see it.
Actions I’ve taken so far
I have set up QBS and trying to use it effectively but still have more I need to do to make it run more accurately. I have a company that takes all sales tax out and files sales taxes every quarter so I don’t have that challenge of not having the money to pay
My future goals
See my profits set all my products with a scan code so I can better manage inventory and determine profitable products and eliminate Unprofitable ones
My motivations to work with a mentor
I think sometimes we circle around the same mountain so many times it begins to look the same. An outsider may see what I cannot see and have a fresh and better idea to an even good idea that I already have
