What I need help with

My background as an entrepreneur

My current challenges

I have been bootstrapping for as long as I can and my business is at the tipping point for scaling up. I need help on: 1) funderaising to get capital to scale up quickly; 2)business development strategy and 3) marketing

Actions I’ve taken so far

I have recruited 100 students and 25 tutors on our platform. We also signed up contracts with a few enrichment companies to partner in recruiting new students.

My future goals

I'd like to get 200 new students this year and next year I'd like to get 300 new students. In the next 5 years, I want to achieve 35,000 students then I'm preparing for an exit.

My motivations to work with a mentor

I want to get advice from experienced mentors who have done this before, and also hopefully can be introduced to the mentor's network as I realize network is so important when starting a business.
