Salah Ahmed has obtained a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Management from Sheffield University in the UK through Chevening scholarship 2017-2018. Salah has more than nine years of experience in entrepreneurship and the E-work sector, Currently, Salah leads AIT company that provides highly innovative solutions, tools, and training courses to empower fresh graduates, freelancers, and entrepreneurs. While working as a Mentor in several international institutions such as Mercy Corps, Gaza Sky Geeks program, Ajyal association, Freesoft program, AKTEF in Turkey, and Montada Plus in Lebanon, Salah helped hundreds of fresh graduates, and skilled workers to obtain online jobs and build online businesses. Previously, Salah worked with PICTI incubator as a volunteering mentor to guide fresh graduates to establish their own small startups. Through these experiences, He developed strong entrepreneurship and management skills. Salah enjoys focusing on the topics of sustainable development and entrepreneurship and has a strong passion for entrepreneurs' and freelancers' empowerment.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship
1- Always maintain confidentiality between one another.
2- Keep any commitments that are made.
