Liliana is a Staffing Industry professional with over 25 years experience. She has partnered with Balance Staffing to lead the companies Diversity and Franchise Expansion initiative by becoming their first Diversity owned location. Her Sacramento office holds both Women Owned and Minority Owned certification. She most recently spent 19 years at a global billion-dollar staffing company where she was responsible for overall customer satisfaction for the top customers in the companies’ portfolio in the Northern CA region. In addition she has a track record of success and year over year growth responsible for an annual budget of $140 million in revenue and grew the Market to be one of the most profitable for the company. Her greatest accomplishment has been building diverse teams and developing individuals that have had their own individual successes and growth.
Liliana is involved with various charity organizations like the American Cancer Society and sits on the board of 2 Northern CA non profits. She is passionate about supporting and working with organizations that support the mission of helping individuals find employment and better opportunities for themselves and their family.
She holds a Bachelors in Business Management from the University of Redlands and considers herself a lifelong learner and enjoys traveling and reading.
I have over 20 years of varied business management and customer relationships experience. I have worked with and developed relationships with organizations like VSP Apple and Tesla. Supporting their talent acquisition needs have given me an insight into their companies and what makes them successful and unique.
My last role in the corporate world was a a Regional VP running the west coast for a larg national staffing company where I was for 9 years. 2 yeas ago I left to start a franchising division for Balance and for over a year now opened the first franchise which I own and operate in Sacramento.
