How I can help

My professional background

I'm an entrepreneur at heart. I look at what else is possible. I've been the CFO and business development for a small company. I now do personal development/coaching.

How to work with me

What I can offer

I'm a good sounding board. I've assisted clients in starting their companies, determining their niche, and how to grow their businesses. A big problem for entrepreneurs is setting boundaries between work and home life; therefore, setting goals and office hours is also key to having a good business plan. I know that because it's our company, we could work all hours in a day but if you do that, family life suffers and an unhappy family makes the entrepreneur unhappy and he/she starts feeling guilty.

Also, it doesn't matter at what stage your business is at, they all have the same problems. The only thing that is different is how big the problem is! This is the reason why you must have a good business plan and there's nothing wrong with asking for assistance. We all need it even if it's to look at a challenge from a different point of view.

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

An open dialog of ideas and follow-ups.

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

The first question I ask, "What do you want?". They need to know this so that we can plan the steps to get there...
