I have managed attractions and venues that consisted of rides, shows, museums, restaurants, retail stores, event facilities, theaters, and guest amenities. My primary areas of expertise include operations, guest services, ticketing, food & beverage, retail, special events, group sales, security, safety, maintenance, landscaping, and human resources. I believe that delivering an exceptional customer experience is critical to business success.
