Brian Vent Mentor

I have undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business and spent my career in the restaurant and retail businesses. In the restaurant industry I have worked in hourly positions, run operations, lead concept development teams in one of the worlds largest restaurant companies. In my 30s I joined Build-A-Bear workshop as the founding C.O.O. and lead that business from startup to nearly $300M in revenue. After spending a few years as a consultant coaching Sr Executives on strategy and Leadership, I joined one of my client firms as President and then CEO. I "retired" from the business world nearly 10 years ago to be home with my sons as they finished high school.

Since then I've dedicated my professional efforts to coaching/mentoring nonprofit and social enterprise leaders around the world as they work to increase their personal impact and the impact their organizations have in the communities they serve.
