The first thing I did was do a market survey based on location.
I walked the street asking questions concerning my services.
I also research online forums and groups.
This research aimed to know the profit margin, the challenges, the people, culture, and tribe.
That was the first thing I did and I must confess I went back to the drawing board after my findings.

The first I did was to understand the VALUE I was offering, the PEOPLE I wanted to serve and the PROBLEM I wanted to solve.
Once the three things were clear I knew a good portion of the job was done. So for starters use the VPP principle.
