Hello Karina. On the web you have countless examples of solid business plans, including their templates. What does a strong business plan mean? Make it look professional, well structured, detailed, documented, with quality content, covering all the essential areas, such as company description, personnel, products / services, market, customer profile, financing, growth projections, distribution channels, marketing, resources additional, etc. Enjoy the process and hace success.

Hi Karina! Great question. A great free resource that I've found helpful in the past is the US Small Business Administration's website. They have a TON of awesome resources for entrepreneurs. Specifically, there is a page dedicated to planning your business and writing a business plan. It includes free templates/examples and even a tool to help you calculate your start up costs. You can check it out at: https://www.sba.gov/business-guide/plan-your-business/write-your-business-plan

We are always considering the business plan as a big deal and looking to its creation as a huge step that we can't do....!!! Simply imagine you are listening to someone trying to tell you about his/her project that you are going to invest with him/her.. You will consider some questions to ask so you can know all the needed details.. Those questions are concentrated in simple main points which you will need to put them in details... (Project Idea, Market research, Your ideal steps, business model (Canvas), and finally your financial requirements that you will depend on (Expenses + Expected profits). Remember always that if you think simply, you will get a wiser decisions .

To get your idea funded, you need to provide a detailed business plan to the investors. Start with an executive summary. It should be something similar to an elevator pitch when you have a maximum of one minute to engage a person you're talking to. Similar to that, the executive summary should contain all the vital information about your business. The next step is to describe your company and its mission statement. After that, state your business objectives: what you would like to accomplish in the near future and over the long term. Next, make a detailed description of the products or services you plan to offer. Conduct research and competitive analysis of potential competitors and think about what makes your business stand out from that of your competitors. Develop a marketing and sales strategy. Perform a business financial analysis and outline how much money your small business requires. Be realistic and concrete.
