Dear Entrepreneur, how do you train your employees in activating their analytical and problem solving skills?

Intelligence mostly lives in a simple question: what next? Always pose your employees with that same question (What Next?). It will constantly train and challenge them to always approach your table with both challenges and possible ways forward.

Efficiency and effectiveness are at the fore of problem solving and continuous improvement. This means constantly reviewing your processes and systems and asking the question how can you do it better, faster and as cost efficiently without compromising quality.

Asking "what's next" is too vague, and might not provide an answer that is adequate to solving a problem. However, if there is criteria one is working towards, or standards they need to maintain, it drives the staff to think in an analytical manner, one that solves problems whilst improving your systems and processes.

Key starting point to remember: How can you do it better, faster and cost efficiently as possible?

We engage on a regular basis , we talked about our day and the encounters that we have had with clients; we also do role-play and we do question and answer sessions. This is our effort to build confidence with the employees as they interact with our clients this also enables them to see their strong points and they're weak point and what we do is we let them Express why they feel their points are weaker than normal and we help them by encouraging them to strength in those areas when it comes to conflict we make sure they understand what the conflict is really about and that they get the necessary tools to help resolve the conflict. We do have live Zoom interactions as well as telephone.

Ensure all employees have a seat at the table to capture their feedback. Take them down the path of a day in the life of a customer so they can feel empowered to empathize and ideate how the business model works and ways to improve it. Let them understand what the business challenges are and the value propositions so they may come up with ways to improve day in and day out.

By creating a good company culture where employees and management can freely engage with each other, like talking about how they are doing and how is they're family and helping them during work, not constantly reprimanding them allowing them to work freely and making there own decisions in some areas, that will increase performance in a company and bring lots of revenue.
