Crystal hi. I would suggest to shop around in your local area. Sometimes small banks offer better support and customized programs than big ones, for small businesses.

Crystal, Bank shopping is the best way to find out what one will fit your business needs the best. I would ask them not only normal banking questions such as what are your fees, do you have a minimum balance per account ect. , but I would also ask the bankers how many businesses in your industry do they help and or have as current clients. That would show that they are best experienced to offer you tailored fir suggestions and or products to your business.
Hope this helps,

I would suggest looking into multiple options. Personally I would go with whatever location is going to invest in you the most. Are they willing to share knowledge and expertise? Are they willing to connect you with different professionals to make running your business easier? For example, CPAs, Bookkeepers, etc... Your bank should be a partner in your business, not just a place to house your funds.
