I need to be advised, what can I do before I cross my business?

I think it will help if you try and re-word your question. The word “cross” is used out of context for people here in the United States. Mentors such as myself cannot understand and respond when words are used out of context. Perhaps find someone in Uganda who knows English really well – have this person write the question for you and repost it.

Hi David. I guess you need to discontinue the business after trying your best. Be sure to follow the closing legal steps required in your country. Evaluate in depth your situation and learn from your mistakes. Next time, before starting a new commercial venture, do not forget to develop first a market analysis and a business plan. I wish you a positive global experience as entrepreneur.

You should express your question in another way, but if I understood it right, you are looking for ways to bring your business to a higher level. Changes come when we change something :) If you are a photographer, you may try new social networks and communities for artists/photographers; you may try to work with a new audience or create some new project you never tried before. Good luck!
