Hi Mariam, I would suggest several steps: 1. to start by understanding why is your competition being successful, what is the value that they are bringing to customers. 2. Who are your customers? Understand your customers, what are they looking for? 3. Define your offering better than your competition by offering what your customers are looking for and the competition is not providing.
Way to do it: - ask those questions to your customers, and as well people who live around the bakery that are not yet customers? - go to your competition and try their offering. Live the experience of being your competitor’s customer
